Week 1 is about building habits. The most important thing you can focus on is consistency around your goals. Specifically in these two spots:

1. Check-in with yourself the SAME TIME everyday. We are creatures in time, and it builds a sub-conscious groove in your brain.

2. Use a framework. The less thinking you build in for yourself, the more you can think about creative things.
